Thundercat Sports Academy is seeking qualified individuals to assist in the management of facility operations and in-season coaching (if applicable). Interns will get the opportunity to experience hands-on situations as well as day to day operations in running an organization that consists of 9 teams.

Operations Intern Duties Include:

- Ensuring that all aspects of facility operations are completed in a timely manner

- Assist in prepping the facility/baseball practice field before and after practice, and all special events

- Coach and travel with one of the softball or basebal teams

- Marketing on social media

- Hands on role with minimal desk work

Requirements:

- Current high school or college student

- Excellent communication skills

- Be capable of taking directions in completing tasks under the Director of Operations and Facility Manager

- Basic knowledge of baseball or softball is preferred

- Willingness to work outdoors, regardless of weather

- Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs.

- Adapting to last minute changes with positive attitude

The internship hours must qualify for a graduation requirement. Hours vary based on facility and tournament schedule. Must be available to work on weekends.
